Refunds Policy

I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase!

however, if you are not satisfied for any reason, within 30 days of your original purchase, you can request a full refund - no questions asked!

you can easily cancel your subscription from the customer portal in your account page ( you will retain access to the end of your current period - depending on whether you bought a monthly or yearly subscription ).

if you would like a full refund however, this will terminate your subscription immediately once you have received confirmation that it has been completed.

all you have to do is simply Contact Me. there are no forms to fill out, or reasons to give! simply ask for a refund and quote your Billing email address and your User Id.

both of these can be found in the account page which you can access by logging in.

note that your billing email address will be the same one that you signed up to the app with in the first place, unless you changed it in the customer portal at any point.

your billing email will be clearly stated in the account page though if you are not sure.

that's it! i will confirm by email that i have received your request and you will receive an email with details of your refund.

when will i receive my refund?

our billing partner stripe handles refunds. they will submit refund requests to your bank or card issuer. You will see the refund as a credit Approximately 5-10 business after you cancel , depending upon the bank. Refunds can’t be canceled after they’re issued. Disputes and chargebacks aren’t possible on credit card charges that are fully refunded.

We’ll also send an email to your registered billing email address notifying you of the refund.

Some refunds ( those issued shortly after the original charge ) appear in the form of a reversal instead of a refund. In the case of a reversal, the original charge drops off your statement, and a separate credit isn’t issued.
